1. GENERAL RULES

1.1. When you check-in to the event, you will get a wristband. Please wear it through the whole event. We cannot grant you access to parties and/or classes if you don't have the wristband on.

1.2. By participating at our event, you give us consent that we can use and publish photos and videos from the event, which might include you.

1.3. If you want to record a video or take pictures during classes, ask for teachers' permission first.

1.4. We do not take responsibility for your valuables at the event. Please make sure to keep an eye on your things. In case you lose something, we will have a Lost&Found box, where we will store all found items till the end of the event.

1.5. We reserve the right to change the schedule due to unforeseen events such as flight delay, sickness, accidents etc., which might cause that some of our teachers, bands and DJs will come to the event later than planned, or will not be able to come at all (in which case we will do our best to find good substitutes for them).

1.6. All physical activities (dancing, horse-riding, hiking, swimming, etc) can cause injuries, attendees participate at their own risk, fully understanding that any problem, physical or emotional sustained during an activity is their own responsibility and that the Swing Road Armenia team cannot be held accountable in any circumstance. Be careful and sensible at all times – for yourself and for other participants. Make sure you have suitable travel insurance to cover you in case of emergencies.

2. SAFE SPACE

2.1 We absolutely do not accept any form of harassment, discrimination, psychological, physical or sexual. That means no treating anyone differently because of their sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, where they come from, gender identity, religion, ability, age or physical appearance, We're all equal here.

2.2 This applies to everyone at the camp, including teachers, organizers, staff, volunteers, artists, vendors, sponsors, collaborators, and even the people who just come to visit. If you want to be part of the camp, you need to agree to follow these rules. We're serious about this, and we'll make sure everyone sticks to the Code of Conduct throughout the camp, from the moment we set up to the time we pack up.
We want everyone to feel safe and have a fantastic experience, so please cooperate and help us make it great for all.

2.3 Should you experience any unpleasant situation or witness harassment of any kind we would like to know. Please bring your concerns to Satenik or Yana. The Hotel reception, which is open 24/7, will also be ready to offer support in any way they can in these situations and assist if the police or an ambulance are needed. As organizers we reserve the right to take any action we seem appropriate, including warning the offender or expulsion from the event with no refund.

3. PAYMENT OPTIONS

2.1. You can pay by bank transfer.

2.2. You can also pay in cash to one of the organisers of the Festival in advance.

4. CONFIRMATION OF PASS PURCHASE

3.1. After successfully registering for the event and having your registration accepted, you will receive a 7-day reservation for your spot at the festival. If you fail to pay for your pass within the 7-day reservation period, your spot at the festival will be released and your reservation will be cancelled.

Upon completion of your payment, your festival pass will be sent to you. Once you have received both the payment confirmation and your festival pass, you can rest assured that your place at the festival is secured.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1. We do not offer refunds for purchased passes, no matter the circumstances. However, your pass is fully transferable, so you can give or sell it to another person (read more below). There is also no refunds of not used passes after the event, and they cannot be transferred to future events.

6. PASS TRANSFER RULES

5.1. If you cannot attend the event yourself, you can transfer your pass to someone else, under these conditions:

• Send an email to armeniaswing@gmail.com with your reason for transferring and the other person's contact information so we can approve them if they will not ruin the balance in the classes or parties. We will get back to you.
• Transfer requests must be submitted via email at least 7 days before the event starts.

Note: If you have a Full Pass or a Party Pass, you can only transfer the whole pass. You cannot give away parts of it to someone else. Once you have checked-in to the event, your pass is not transferable anymore.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

6.1 Collection of information
We collect information from you when you register at the event on our website, or participate in a competition, or sign up for our newsletter. The information collected includes your name, e-mail address and phone number among the choices you are making when you sign up for an event with us.

6.2 Use of information
The information we collect from you can be used to:

• Contact you by e-mail
• Personalize your experience and meet your personal needs
• Improve our website
• Improve our customer service and your need for help

6.3. E-commerce security
We are the only ones who own the information collected on this site. Your personal identifiable information will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or transferred to any other company for any purpose without your consent, except when required to fulfill a request and / or transfer.

6.4. Disclosure to third parties
We don’t sell, trade, or otherwise transfer, personally identifiable information to third parties. This does not include trusted third parties that help us drive our site or our company, with the requirement that these parties agree to keep the information confidential.

Only employees who will perform a specific job (eg billing or customer service) will have access to personally identifiable information.

6.6 Photos, video and live stream
There will be an official photographer as well as a videographer at the event. Photos and film (from our side) will only be used to market our own events in our newsletter, on social media and on the website.

6.7. Links
This website has links to other sites. This privacy policy does not apply to other sites, and you should review the privacy policies of those websites before you submit your personal information on them.
